Sadly, we lost another Poseidon Adventure veteran. Actor Leslie Nielsen passed away yesterday due to complications from pneumonia. Though movie fans remember him best either as the stalwart leading man in Forbidden Planet or later on as the comedic genius in Airplane! and the series of Naked Gun movies, to me he will always be the heroic Captain of the SS Poseidon. “Hard left!
