MAKE ROOM FOR SHERRY

Sultry siren Sherry Jackson was a very busy child actress ala Natalie Wood but switched to TV where she found fame playing Danny Thomas’ eldest daughter on Make Room for Daddy. She left the series in the early ’60s and starred in a number of drive-in movies through 1980 including Wild on the Beach, Gunn, The Mini-Skirt Mob, Bare Knuckles and Stingray while racking up numerous TV guest star stints on such classic programs as Batman, Star Trek, Lost in Space, The Wild Wild West, etc. and even found time to disrobe for Playboy.

You lucky Los Angelenos, if James Bond is not your thing run to the Aero Theater in Santa Monica tonight for a triple feature that is a wet dream come true for me: Earthquake, The Towering Inferno and The Poseidon Adventure. Remember there’s got to be a morning after.
